  1. More questions….how far a head do you make the salads up? How far in advance are you making your entrées? Are you slipping the food out onto plates. I was concerned about reheating in the containers. I imagine you hav addressed this in other videos…sorry to ask.

  2. Do the boys or your husband feel like they have had enough food. I am wondering if my husband would want another half portion as men typically are allowed more on WW, as I recall. Lovely meals by the way. So much work for your family and us! Appreciate it so much.

  3. I have never heard that word used for sectioning fruits (supreme) I have lived in Florida for many years and it is called sectioning fruit here ………..BTW your meals are delicious I just want to see what you serve for an evening snack because I would be starving with that little serving….

  4. Oh I want to come live with you!! These dinner are amazing and to make it even better, I would lose weight along the way. I am so impressed that you take the time to make each recipe and then include the recipe in the description box. That is a lot of work on your part and that is why I so enjoy your vlog.

  5. Hi there! Made the much anticipated Mississippi Pot Roast last night. Not WW meal but……Holey Moley! Also made the spinach, orange and berry salad. The dressing was delicious. Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️

  7. These all look wonderful, thank you for sharing. I hate cooking and you are helping cure me of that. Just an FYI, cucumber seeds are good to eat to eliminate parasites. Quick question, are you preparing your meals in advance or do you serve in the meal prep containers? How do you reheat with those containers? My husband hated when I used them, froze the food and reheated in them. I switched to glass but maybe you have a secret? ?

  8. Beautiful menu, thank you for the ideas, you're great at thinking outside the box! I'm loving all of the fresh fruit, I just got home from SAMs with boxes of blue and blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, oranges, apples and grapes. I've been losing steadily and I feel so much better, keep up the good work (and you should write a cookbook!)

  9. I love crab louie and I had never made it because of the dressing that makes it crab louie. Thanks for the how to. Do you make the hot meals ahead during the day and then reheat for dinner or do you make and serve immediately? Everything always looks so delicious.
