Why in the world would she treat that dog like that? The dog wasn't even resisting very much. WILL NEVER take my dogs to Petsmart. I've heard too many horror stories.
I refuse to even walk into my local PetSmart after the way their groomer mistreated my Maine Coon when he was young. They cut his nails to the bloody quick and for the rest of his 8 years he refused to allow me to handle his paws. I drive 5 extra miles to Petco rather than to PetSmart and an extra 10 miles to a vet and groomer for my two remaining felines.
