  1. Hello brains!! There were a few small glitches in the video we couldn't get rid of, it's pretty new technology so bear with us 😀

ALSO — I explained as much as I could in the video without it going on too long, but there's a lot more to service dogs and emotional support animals and finding a good fit — check out the links in the description, and if you have any questions post them here and Alex (HowlingEclipse on YT) who works with dogs and helped out with this episode might be able to answer them for you!

  2. i would love to get an emotional support cat, but i don't think any special laws are in place when it comes to those in Poland – and my housing is strictly no-pets. shame.

  3. There is an organisation here in South Africa called "top dogs", the organisation helps train dogs and handlers to provide therapy work, they visit orphanages, old age homes, and other places were the emotional support is needed

  4. The 360 actually helped me pay attention to the video because I had something to do with my hand. I usually have a hard time with youtube because I know how many other videos there are to watch and want to go watch them all.

  5. I love your content. It's very helpful, but as a hopeless music elitist
and ADHD I have very hard time not getting distracted/annoyed
by the song you have in the background in every video I've watched.

It'd be nice to have something more toned down or even better; no music at all in the background.

  6. omg I got totally disoriented at first with this 360 thing. It was really cool, but took some time getting used to.
It also makes me wanna rewatch it again and again to see what I missed on every shot D=

  7. Hey, my name and is Jordan. I'm a fellow brain with anxiety. I watched a lot of videos and as you can tell I'm quite new to the channel. You've given me a lot of good knowledge behind ADHD and incite into what other things I might also have ( like poor motor skills syndrome, I very clumsy, I nearly broke my ankle on how clumsy I am ?) and I thank you for all that you've done. You make me wanna learn more about my ADHD, on what it really is, how it works, how it effects my brain. I wanna learn it all. But of course I gotta take one step at a time. I know this work can be stressful but just relax as best as you can and try not to get frustrated. I love the work that you do for all of us brains out there. Keep it going! Do your best!!

  8. Hey I know this would have nothing to do with this video really but could anyone tell me what the diagnosis process is like in places like america because, here in Ireland, they make it a painfully slow process that is quite brutal because they interview basically everyone from your past like teachers and family but in this country people don't really talk about mental health and just put things down to bad hearing (which my teacher had me tested for when in reality i just couldnt focus in class) and even then most doctors (mine included) just say things like fake it till you make it so they wont even refer you to anybody to diagnose you in the first place. If anybody could help me with this and tell me if this is how things usually are in other countries and if anybody could tell me if there is a less daunting way to go through the process of evaluation and diagnosis where they dont try to tell you to pretend until its normal? As im not 18 i still cant set up an appointment with a professional myself too so i cant get a private evaluation either. Sorry if this is really long im just really sick of the fact that i cant be 100% certain that i have adhd and i cant get that proof without jumping through endless hoops. If anybody could help me i would be so grateful

  9. I understand if you can’t make a video about this because you need to keep content appropriate for all ages but I need to know if the obsessive aspects of ADHD make us more susceptible to addiction or something like that. I know I get really obsessed when I find a new thing and I’m wondering if that means I need to be a lot more careful with drugs or alcohol in particular. Something not well advertised is the SERIOUS dangers of mixing alcohol with ADHD meds which I’m only aware of because I happened to look it up. Anyway I just wanted to know from other people with ADHD if there is more stuff I should be extra careful about.

  10. Thx for telling me that even if I try I will not be able to do what I want with my life because I was born different. I always thought this and now it has been confirmed. Maybe if i kill my self I get to pick a new character, one with out adhd one that can do what he wants when he try his hardest and.. I forgot what I was going to say and now I’m crying because all I can think of is failure and that is all I am because of something I can change. I get to be like my brother who in jail the one who is years older then me, I have to stop from beating my mom and I get to be just like him a failure. Everyone has friends I don’t. What is the point of living if I can’t succeed? Maybe if I shot myself the bullet can take me to a better life.

  11. I need advice. I think I have adhd and I want to see a phycologist. I’ve talked to my parents and they r trying to convince me I don’t. I’m having a really hard to me with friends and in school. They r the type of parents that have that mindset that oh my daughter is perfect she can’t have adhd. Help I need to convince my parents to see a phycologist

  12. Hey I’m a Massage Therapist & u use to be a M.T. do u think having that job with adhd/add is good or bad? I feel like people don’t like my massage tbh.

  13. I've just been diagnosed with ADHD at 25 y-o… well I was pretty sure I had it since I discovered your videos and they where so relatable 😀 but now I'm officially a brain and I'm proud of it !

  14. I love this! As a dog trainer if I don't work with my dog at least once a day I got crazy off the wall! He keeps me sane which is funny because he's a terrier, but because he can be such a brat when I don't work with him it encourages me to get up and do something. He also helps me with my school work like you said in the video by just laying by me and being there, although sometimes I get distracted and start loving him instead of doing my homework! Lol ?

  15. I just found this channel and listened to a ton of your videos! I love it, they helped me to realize that all of my issues really just boil down to adhd. I wasn't diagnosed until 2 years ago and I am just now looking into it. I am having trouble not over reacting to my new husband over everything. Please post more about relationships!

  16. 360 videos are an interesting ideas, but it hurt my eyes and made me feel a little nauseous. I LOVE your videos, and I feel uncomfortable saying something negative, but I wanted to give you honest feedback on this new video approach.

  17. Hi I just started watching your videos and I fell in love, I wanted to know maybe if you want to do a video about ADD because my friend (who does lots of research on metal health) told me that I might have mild ADD and I wanted to maybe find out more about it without getting bored and your videos are really funny and exciting and informative but also I love your content

  18. i'm really stressed out by how skinny some of those dogs are. They're massively underweight! I hope those were new intakes. I haven't finished the video so I don't know if you mention it – I stopped to do some reading about the sanctuary to try and find out what their policies were, but wow that so distressing to see so many pups in this video in truly terrible shape.

  19. Thank you for this video! Love watching your stuff, always learning new techniques and learning that there are actually terms for things! A few months ago my bf, while working from home (which is more rare than I wish it was), asked if it helps having him home because I seemed more able to accomplish tasks. Turns out, the body double thing is great for me. Gosh I need to find someone who can come over when he's at work to be a body double sometimes haha.

Oh and if people are looking for emotional support companions, the people over at Kitten Academy are amazing. I don't think they specify any kind of emotional support stuff, but they have a 24/7 live stream of their foster kittens which is super helpful for calming me down when things are hard, others might find it helpful too if they can't have pets for whatever reason. A lot of people in their discord say its been helpful for them also.

Oh and they adopt out all the kittens through the local shelter but people can apply from all over the US. https://www.youtube.com/c/KittenAcademy/live
