  2. Just eat a high fibre and protein diet (lots of vegetables,meat,fish,dairy,nuts and wholegrain bread) and exercise for 40 minutes every day,if you have the occasional takeout or sugary snack then you don't really have to feel guilty because your diet is good for you the rest of the time.
    You could also cut down on highly sugared drinks like soda or fruit juice because our bodies don't recognise liquid calories the same way as real food.you'r better off eating an actually piece of fruit or drinking water and keeping sugary drinks as a sometimes thing 🙂

  3. Yes, I have played football (soccer) since I was 4. In those years I gained muscles and muscle weight. I remember we had to weigh ourselves in 5th grade. And me being a pretty muscular kid and very talk kid weighed more than 47kg. People often were confused because I weighed a lot but I was the only girl That really enjoyed P.E and was the fastest runner in my class. I told them it doesn't matter how heavy you are because you can still weigh 56kg and still be healthy.
